This collaboration provides AASW members with a complimentary legal consultation covering a range of legal issues that our members often face. Areas of expertise include Family law, Domestic Violence and Contested wills and estates.

Members or their families are entitled to one complimentary consultation (up to 45 mins) per financial year with a lawyer from Australian Family Lawyers or Armstrong Legal, provided the query falls within their area of expertise. If a referral is made to another law firm for an initial consultation, a fee may apply. Should a fee incurring referral be made, your entitlement to one free 45 minute consultation each year will not be impacted.
