The NDIS is a world-first initiative, that brings a lot of opportunities (as well as challenges) for individuals and families impacted by disability. Finding and clarifying the social work space amid the more well-known allied health professions and within NDIS constraints is imperative.
This presentation touches on many of the various roles the social worker in the NDIS space may undertake, and details a number of considerations social workers in the NDIS space need to be mindful of.
