The pandemic has at last made it easier for it to be ok not to be ok. It has allowed mental health to at last be linked to social context; depression and anxiety are almost always exacerbated by the loss of social supports, and we have discovered that an unjust or unresponsive society deeply affects our sense of well-being. In this webinar, some narrative skills will be explained to reinstate the politics of practice beyond diagnostic labels and the pathologising of personal experience, and assist people respond to the challenges they face.
This webinar was presented by the AASW NSW Branch.
