This webinar draws on research undertaken with Youth Justice across three Australian jurisdictions developing the skills of caseworkers through training and supervision. This research found that when workers used effective practice skills, there were better outcomes for young people specifically regarding reductions in recidivism and completion of their orders.
This was presented by the AASW North Queensland Branch Careers and Practice Webinars in April 2022.
