Under recent WHS laws, it is mandatory to manage the risk of psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
Organisations now need to have strategies in place that support employees working with vulnerable clients given the serious health risks associated with burnout. This webinar will discuss the importance of evidenced based burnout prevention training as a critical response to risks associated with staff burnout.
Burnout and chronic stress are highly relevant concerns for front line social workers, and for those in organizational leadership.
Learning practical organizational and individual strategies will assist to support individual workers and teams working in under resourced and high risk environments to grow and develop resilience.
Using a strength based approach by reconnecting professionals to their passion and choice in working with people, this webinar takes a deep dive into understanding the difference between productive stress, chronic stress and burnout. Ongoing training in this topic will include self-assessment tools are provided to all participants with additional tips and resources for organisations who are keen to develop broader supportive strategies for their staff.
