• All the amazing features, capabilities and opportunities for social workers
• ChatGPT 3.5 vs 4o (and free vs paid)
• Limitations, hallucinations, biases, privacy and considerations for social worker
• Free AI tools like Co-Pilot and Gemini you can use alongside ChatGPT
Learning Lesson 3 - Power prompts for better responses (40 mins)
• How to create professional level prompts (to get quality results, not rubbish)
• The secret ingredients: modifiers and frameworks
• The four invaluable modes of ChatGPT
Learning Lesson 4: Getting Persu-AI-sive with words (30 mins)
• Think and prompt like a copywriter (formulas, hooks)
• Creating an audience persona with ChatGPT
• Matching your tone of voice with ChatGPT
Learning Lesson 5: Applying AI to your Social Work needs (60 mins)
• Brainstorming, creating and improving writing such as
client communications, marketing content, reports and articles
• Productivity prompts to help you automate time consuming and energy-sapping work

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
• Competently and confidently use AI for a wide range of social worker business and communications needs
