NSW Government (Centre for Alcohol and Other Drugs, Ministry of Health) Partnership

This training is fully funded by NSW Government (Centre for Alcohol and Other Drugs, Ministry of Health) for the alcohol and other drug workforce in NSW. This includes non-government services as well as local health districts. There may be some availability for people working in related sectors such as mental health or prevention of violence and neglect.

You will be asked to provide information about your workplace when completing an expression of interest.

Putting Theory into Practice: Core Skills Modules

Our six on-demand core series courses offer participants the opportunity to practice essential work skills in a secure virtual environment. Through interactive exercises, case studies, and simulated scenarios, you’ll build the confidence and expertise needed for success in your role. The course also includes guides for both supervisees and supervisors to support continued learning beyond the online experience.

Advanced Supervision Program

AASW’s Advanced Supervision Program is an 8-week evidence-based program with self-paced eLearning, online collaborative workshops, facilitator-led Masterclasses, and Coaching Circles.

The Advanced Supervision Program is a 20-hour program with a combination of self-paced and facilitator-led sessions.
