As a valued team member at the AASW, you will have access to a range of benefits including:

    • flexible work arrangements
    • hybrid work from office and home [confirm with manager]
    • paid parental leave [12 week top up to salary]
    • ex gratia paid days off between Christmas and New Year
    • commitment to your training and development
    • health and wellbeing events and activities

    Salary Packaging

We have partnered with an external provider to manage salary packaging for our team.  Given the association’s NFP and charity status, the ATO has determined that FBT is treated on a ‘rebatable’ basis.

Packaging options can include living expenses and novated vehicle leases however, each arrangement is individual, and we encourage our team to seek their own independent advice.
